Easy, fair returns

01Our promise

We want you to love your Roovo Card. If something is not right, we will make it right, in line with the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

027 day cooling off period

Because you bought online, you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

To qualify, the card must be unused, unpaired from Find My and returned in its original packaging with all contents. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

03Faulty or damaged products

Every Roovo Card is covered for 6 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If your card is faulty within this period, you may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund.

For faulty products we cover the cost of the return delivery.

04What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, cutting, bending or opening the card.
• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the surface.
• Change of mind returns after the cooling off period.
• Items returned used, damaged or without the original packaging, unless the item is faulty.

05How to return an item

• Email hello@roovo.online with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. For faulty items, please include a photo or short video.
• We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Remove the card from your Find My app before sending it back, so the next owner can pair it.
• Pack the item securely and keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

06Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

07Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a faulty one, we will happily exchange it. Simply contact us and we will arrange it.
